
Misconceptions! YAY!

I typically review 0.3 mm pencils because that is my preference.

Just because you do not see an eraser on a mechanical pencil does not mean there is no eraser. Most of my pencils have caps that cover the eraser to protect it from ANY graphite markings.

0,35 mm in Germany does not mean 0.4 mm Japan. It means 0.3 mm Japan. 
- 
Just because it makes 5 stars does not mean it automatically goes on my personal list. 
- 
There is no way I will get a 0.1 mm Pentel pencil. 
- 
Just because a pencil has a different mechanism does not mean it is better!!!!! (I AM LOOKING AT YOU PAPER MATE!)

A higher price on a pencil does not necessarily it is better for FUNCTION. 
- 
Thinner sizes are bad because they break easier! One, don't press so hard. Two, do not advance lead so much. 
- 
Pencil lead is not the same as Pb. Pencil lead is a form of carbon called graphite. 
- 
If you complain about lead breakage, see how much writing pressure you use on your lead before deciding that you need a thicker tip size.​
