rOtring 300 0,35 mm (0.3 mm Japan)
Time to review the budget rOtring!!!!!
To start off, the clutch is fine with the material, the ten click (5 mm), and solidity. One thing to note, though, this gets 3 extra points because the clutch is so close to the tip, allowing less lead to be wasted. :D As for features, with this and all other rOrings, there are four features: lead indicator, metal clip, knurled grip, and hexagonal upper barrel. With this pencil in particular though, because of the price, there are a few compromises. Of course, the metal clip is fine as with the hexagonal upper barrel. But, the lead indicator is moved easier than most drafting pencils, which is fine but can be frustrating in the long run. The knurling also leaves a lot to aim for, since the plastic does not hold a good grip. As for the construction though, it's fine for what it is.
I will easily recommend this for a budget rOtring product, just don't expect a rOtring 600 quality.
Does this go into my personal list? No.
